my name is Nike Ayinla

For some of us chaos seems to be our first nature. Growing up in poverty and lack of knowledge of who you are meant to be but also a drive to work hard and honor your family.

The Blueprint Toolkit is focused on creative Leaders and innovative entrepreneurs who managed to champion their talents and communities but forgot themselves… 

I designed and developed my own unique method called The blueprint. It is about the way we design our organizational systems of wellbeing. I introduce a new approach to help redesign our life by focussing on our nervous system and cyclical models based on our biorhythm.

I want to inspire other creative leaders and entrepreneurs to understand and design their blueprint in a way that is sustainable for themselves and their team so they can truly become who they are meant to be.

About The Blueprint

The Blueprint is an ongoing research project developed by Nike Ayinla, exploring how entrepreneurs can create a healthy structure for their business and themselves. With a team of experts focused on business, health and leadership we have developed a Toolkit to help you design a healthy foundation for your business and life.

In order to establish a sustainable healthy structure ask yourself the following question:

How well

The answer to this question is not very simple. There are many layers and factors that can disrupt your way of being. Within our current system the focus is on our output (our well doing) rather than our well being.

But businesses are run by people. The way we do business is a reflection of who we are and what we value. To change our current system to a more sustainable business we need to design a healthy structure that is a reflection of these values.

I found it so insightful and it helped me identify areas to develop intentionally, some of which I hadn’t been conscious of before. I will be taking some specific actions, especially for my financial wellbeing. Thank you Nike

Within The Blueprint Toolkit we focus on 3 main pillars.

  • 1 . Career & Wellness

    The first pillar of the toolkit “Career & Wellness” starts with how you manage your own system, traumas and purpose. In this process we focus on cyclical living, lifestyle design and nervous system management.

  • 2 . Financial Wellness

    The second pillar is “Financial Wellness”. It is about getting the emotional charge out to create clarity of mind by acknowledging the traumas and generational patterns before you build an external financial structure. In this process we help you increase your sense of deservingness, self-worth and transform your relationship with money.

  • 3 . Balanced Leadership

    The third pillar is “Balanced Leadership”. As a leader you are making the road by walking. Pioneering and reimagining a new healthy way of living and being. This starts with self-leadership and leads to more balanced organization leadership. The goal is to be balanced and build businesses that are sustainable and move away from an exploitative system.
